PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT

At a time when the world is undergoing major ecological, technological and geopolitical upheavals, the ability to accurately forecast the future value of a market sector as well as that of its players, would be of considerable commercial use to any business, the finance and insurance sectors in particular.

All current forecasting systems are based on so-called “predictive” analyses, that is to say using data from past events in order to forecast a possible future; but because of contingencies they are necessarily uncertain, so that the farther into the future the forecast goes, the less precise it becomes.

The result of two years of research, the forecasts generated by the Tixx™ application remain permanently accurate: based on contract award notices (CAN) published every day in 224 countries, the terms of these contracts extend for months and even years after their publication date. If cancelled, the data are withdrawn.

As a result, the application is able to precisely quantify the future value of any market sector, and that of its players, up to 4 years in advance.

Regardless of size or location, every business needs to know the outlooks for its market and competitors in order to plan its own strategy. Only Tixx™ lets them see the future.

The Tixx™ forecasting model

In countries with a regulated economy, all works of national importance such as infrastructure, transport, space, defense, education, health, etc., are the subject of calls for tender, to which respond from large companies, which currently represent around 15% of GDP.

These companies then launch calls for tenders for supplies and related services to which the SMEs respond; these then make appeals to small businesses for smaller supplies and related services, together accounting for around 20% of GDP.

These combined public and private markets generate income through employment for consumer spending that accounts for the remainder of a country's GDP.

Within the EU alone, public procurement represents an annual trade volume of 525 billion euros (2021 figures). But Tixx™ takes into account public and private markets published daily in 224 countries, enabling economic forecasts with unique precision.

With an initial database of some 5 million contract award notices for 2023 alone, the methodology developed for Tixx™ can then include public and private contract data from all countries.

As contract award notices are valid for up to 4 years after their publication date, the Tixx™ model is the only one capable of calculating exactly what the future holds for all market sectors and their players.

The result is unique, and because all other forms of economic analysis will be exponentially improved through the use of its novel methodology, the application is of great value.

Because Tixx™ does not include hypothetical forecasts, it includes future facts.
